Fireside Direct Primary Care

Individual memberships at Fireside Direct Primary Care cost $125 per month or $1,375 per year. A family membership covering two adults and up to three children costs $300 per month, with an additional $50 per month for each child beyond three. A Gender Affirming Care Only membership is available for $50 per month. All new members pay a one-time $100 registration fee. Returning members who re-enroll pay a $400 re-enrollment fee.

Membership covers unlimited office visits with no copays, telehealth visits, same- or next-day appointments Monday through Thursday, and direct phone access to Dr. Fausch on weekends. Members also receive a yearly wellness physical that includes an InBody Body Composition scan and strength assessment. Many procedures, including joint injections, skin biopsies, and sutures, are included at no extra cost. DOT physicals and weight and hormone consultations are also included for members.

Fireside DPC does not bill insurance for office visits and does not provide superbills. The practice works with insurance to help cover medications, labs, imaging, and specialist referrals. Members pay a flat monthly fee directly to the practice, with no copays and no surprise billing.

Yes, members can use their insurance for labs if they go directly to Labcorp. Fireside DPC also offers significantly discounted labs through Labcorp at cost to members, which often runs lower than insurance-negotiated pricing. The practice also works with insurance to help cover medications.

During the week, members can send secure messages through the Spruce platform or schedule visits through the Hint patient portal.
