About

At Firefly Medical, Dr. Nicole Lovat and her husband Grant Baldwin built something the region was missing. They co-founded the practice in 2021 to bring comprehensive, evidence-based care to communities in the Northern Plains and Pacific Northwest. Today, Firefly Medical operates three locations in Fargo, ND, Grand Forks, ND, and Liberty Lake, WA. Dr. Lovat serves as Medical Director, bringing a combined MD and PhD in Pharmacology and Therapeutics to every clinical decision. Dr. Kristian Enghusen, a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, rounds out the clinical team with a focus on family medicine and women's health. The Fargo location offers a full suite of services including Direct Primary Care, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Medical Weight Loss, Ketamine Therapy, IV Therapy, and Advanced Esthetics. The practice runs on a cash-based model with no insurance and no co-pays. HSA and FSA payments are accepted. Firefly Medical also holds licenses in 30 or more states and provinces, allowing telehealth access well beyond its physical locations.
