Dr. James W. Miller built something ambitious from the start. He opened the practice in October 1994 on the campus of Johnston-Willis Hospital with a clear goal: create a medical home where patients take an active role in their own health. Dr. John A. Siedlecki joined as a partner in 1998 and now leads the practice following Dr. Miller's retirement in April 2024. FPSR serves patients of all ages, from infants through geriatric care, from its purpose-built facility in Midlothian, Virginia. The building houses 22 exam rooms, 5 nursing stations, a full laboratory, digital X-ray, and bone density scanning, all on a single floor. Clinical services span family medicine, sports medicine, women's health, preventive care, and a dedicated skin care and laser department launched in 2011. Dr. Siedlecki offers a concierge program for patients seeking enhanced access and a deeper focus on wellness. The practice provides same-day appointments, telemedicine, and 24-hour provider on-call coverage for urgent needs.
