About

At EuDoc, four physicians deliver direct primary care from two locations in the greater Richmond area. Dr. Kenneth Qiu and Dr. Mariana Keener co-founded the practice on July 26, 2021. EuDoc holds the distinction of being the first direct primary care practice in Chesterfield County. Dr. Nicolas Platamone and Dr. Zachary Morie joined the team after the founding.

The practice name blends the Greek prefix "Eu" (meaning good or well) with "doc," and the pronunciation "You-Doc" reflects the direct doctor-patient relationship at its core. Members pay $99 per month for unlimited in-person and virtual visits with no copays or visit fees. The practice offers 60-minute appointments, same-day access, and direct messaging with physicians. EuDoc also provides advanced cardiac screening through Boston Heart Labs, multi-cancer early detection via the Grail Galleri test, onsite pharmacy dispensing, and lab pricing up to 80% below standard rates. Initial wellness physicals run 90 minutes and are included with membership.
