About
At Enso Direct Care in Haslet, Texas, Dr. Brad Faglie built a practice around one conviction: that real care begins with listening. He opened Enso in April 2021, drawing on a decade of family medicine experience in Wise County.
The practice name comes from the Japanese calligraphy symbol enso, representing the freeing of the mind so the body can create. Dr. Faglie keeps his patient panel deliberately small. Members can text providers directly, schedule same-day visits, and reach the clinic for both in-person and telehealth appointments. Enso covers all basic primary care services under a flat monthly membership, starting at $73 per month for young adults. Services range from preventive and chronic care to minor procedures, weight management, hormone replacement, and therapy through Megan Nichols, LCSW. Lab work runs through a LabCorp partnership at discounted member rates. The team has earned Best Doctor honors in Wise County four consecutive years from 2020 through 2023.
