Enso Direct Care

Membership pricing at Enso Direct Care scales by age. Young adults ages 19 to 44 pay $73 per month. Adults ages 45 to 65 pay $88 per month. Seniors 65 and older pay $100 per month. Children under 18 with an active adult family membership pay $23 per month. Enso offers monthly, quarterly, and annual billing options.

The membership covers all basic primary care services, including preventive care, chronic care management, sick and urgent visits, annual wellness exams, well woman and well child care, sports physicals, pre-operative clearance, and a range of in-office procedures. Members also gain access to discounted lab work through Enso's LabCorp partnership. Additional services such as labs, injections, HRT pellets, and weight loss programs carry separate transparent fees.

Enso does not bill health insurance for membership services. Many members carry insurance for medications, labs, and imaging that Enso orders, and those benefits still apply. For members without insurance, Enso encourages exploring catastrophic coverage options as a complement to the membership.

Yes. Enso keeps its patient panel small so members can access same-day visits when they need them. The practice actively avoids the waiting room experience by prioritizing direct, timely access. Members can also text providers directly for quick communication.

Yes. Enso offers telehealth appointments for members who need care from outside the office. Telehealth and in-person visits both fall within the membership. This makes Enso accessible to patients throughout the northwest Dallas-Fort Worth area and beyond.

Yes. Enso provides care for patients of all ages, from newborns through seniors. Pediatric membership runs $23 per month for children under 18 enrolled with an active adult family membership, or $43 per month without one. The practice covers well child visits, newborn care, and all standard pediatric primary care needs.

Yes. Megan Nichols, LCSW, CEAP, CDWF provides therapy and counseling services at Enso as an additional offering. Therapy fees fall outside the standard membership. Enso views mental health as a core component of overall well-being and built this service into the practice to address that directly.

Yes. Enso offers Small Business care plans starting at $73 per employee per month and $23 per child per month. These plans give employees full membership access, including same-day visits, telehealth, and direct provider communication. Business owners can use Enso as a primary care benefit without the cost of a traditional group insurance policy.

New patients can get started by completing the patient information form on the Enso website. The practice serves Haslet and surrounding communities in northwest Texas including Decatur, Rhome, Aurora, New Fairview, Newark, and North Fort Worth. Enso accepts new members on a rolling basis.
