Both memberships qualify for HSA and FSA funds.

The Foundational Membership includes a 90-minute new patient physical, a 60-minute physical results review and health action plan, up to six physician-recommended follow-up visits per year, and secure messaging through the patient portal. The practice responds to urgent concerns within 24 hours, 365 days a year. Members also receive monthly health newsletters, free access to guest speakers, community meetups, and clinic-sponsored events.

Yes. Empowered Health Institute accepts HSA and FSA funds for membership fees. The Galleri multi-cancer early detection test ($949) is also FSA and HSA eligible.
