Membership covers a broad scope of primary care, including acute and chronic condition management, preventive care and cancer screenings, mental health support for anxiety, depression, and insomnia, dermatology, nutrition and wellness, weight management, geriatric care, pre-operative clearance, and specialist referrals. Select in-office procedures such as EKG, ear wax removal, incision and drainage, and suture removal carry no extra charge. The practice also provides medication and supplement regimen reviews.
