Yes. Elizabeth Story MD runs an Employer Solutions DPC program at $100 per employee per month. That fee covers unlimited in-office and virtual visits, same-day or next-day access, and no co-pays for covered employees.

Yes. The practice provides well-child care, sports physicals, and family medicine for patients across age groups. Both Dr. Story and Dr. Bartels hold board certification in Family Medicine and see a broad patient population.
