Elaria does not accept insurance for consultations or in-office services. The practice operates as a direct specialty care model, which means all visits and in-office services are direct-pay. However, many laboratory tests, imaging studies, and prescriptions that Dr. Imanirad orders outside of visits may still process through your insurance.

Elaria offers three membership tiers. The Silver Membership runs $100 per month or $1,100 per year and includes up to 3 visits per year, discounted labs, medications, and supplements, plus a 10% discount on allergy immunotherapy. The Gold Membership runs $150 per month or $1,750 per year and adds up to 5 visits, direct access to Dr. Imanirad's phone, priority scheduling, spirometry as clinically indicated, and a 20% discount on allergy immunotherapy. The Platinum Membership runs $250 per month or $2,800 per year and includes monthly visits or 1-on-1 Q&A sessions and an advanced gut and systems biology evaluation.

Yes. Elaria offers fee-for-service pricing for patients who prefer not to enroll in a membership. An initial allergy consultation costs $280 for a 90-minute visit. Follow-up visits run $180 for 40 minutes. Skin testing starts at $300 for 24-40 panels, or $8 per environmental allergen. Food allergy testing runs $5 per food, and spirometry is $40 per session.

Follow-up visits typically run 40-45 minutes, and complex new patient visits or functional medicine evaluations may also run up to 90 minutes.

Yes. Elaria offers telehealth appointments at the same price as in-person visits. Telehealth sessions run approximately 40 minutes and cover appropriate follow-up and clinical needs for both new and established patients.

Elaria serves patients of all ages, including infants, children, teens, and adults. Dr. Imanirad tailors her evaluation and treatment approach to each patient's age, developmental stage, and clinical situation.

Elaria charges a $100 no-show or cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. The practice refunds any remaining payment beyond that fee.

Yes. Elaria specifically welcomes patients who have been told their tests are normal but continue to feel unwell. Dr. Imanirad uses both conventional allergy testing and functional medicine evaluation to look for root causes that standard workups may miss.
