Membership includes same- and next-day appointments, extended patient visits, direct 24/7 access to Dr. Vinik, and advanced telemedicine through the Spruce platform. Members also enroll in the SENS Solution® Wellness Program at no additional charge. That program provides unlimited one-on-one health coaching sessions with board-certified coaches, exclusive tracking tools, webinars, digital content, and member-exclusive events and offers.

Members pay an annual membership fee, which they can split into semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly payments via automatic bank or credit card debit. The fee covers the program's enhanced amenities. Insurance does not cover the membership fee, but members may submit it to an FSA, HSA, or HRA at their own discretion.

The membership fee itself does not qualify for insurance reimbursement. However, if Dr. Vinik accepts your insurance plan, your insurer may cover traditional medical services separately. Members should confirm their specific plan details directly with the practice. The membership fee may be eligible for FSA, HSA, or HRA submission at the member's discretion.

Members contact the practice directly to request same- or next-day appointments. The concierge model keeps Dr. Vinik's panel small enough to accommodate prompt scheduling. Members can also reach Dr. Vinik through the Spruce secure messaging platform for urgent questions outside of office hours.

The SENS Solution® Wellness Program comes included with every membership at no extra cost. It focuses on four pillars: Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, and Stress Management. Members work one-on-one with board-certified health coaches, access exclusive tracking tools, attend webinars, and receive digital educational content. The program helps members build sustainable, healthy habits with ongoing support.

The practice uses Spruce, a HIPAA-compliant secure platform, for telehealth visits. Members access it from a phone, tablet, or computer. They can attend video visits with Dr. Vinik and send secure messages directly to his team at any time.

Members gain navigation support to more than 60,000 Castle Connolly Top Doctors® across the United States and internationally. Dr. Vinik can consult with and connect members to this network of peer-nominated specialists. Castle Connolly Medical Ltd. selects these physicians through an extensive peer nomination process.
