At DPC Plus, two physicians and a founding team built around one principle: Impact Over Profit. Chad Carrone, a former Army veteran and emergency nurse with nearly two decades in the field, launched his first practice in October 2021. In 2023, he partnered with Dr. Ashley Mays and Dr. Laura Roan to create Integrated Concierge, the direct primary care clinic now operating as DPC Plus.
The practice runs three locations across the New Orleans metro area: Slidell, Covington, and Metairie. Members pay a monthly fee and receive unlimited primary and urgent care visits, plus medications and diagnostics at wholesale pricing. DPC Plus offers four membership tiers and flexible payment schedules. Appointments happen in-clinic, by phone, or via text and video. The practice also carries a broad clinical menu: chronic disease management, minor procedures, medically managed weight loss, hormone and thyroid care, NAD+ therapy, vitamin infusions, and aesthetic services including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and microneedling. A 24/7 nurse line and specialist eConsults round out the member experience.
