DoctorNYC offers three tiers: The Foundation, The Signature, and The Private. The Foundation includes unlimited same-day appointments, direct physician access, an annual wellness exam, and labs. The Signature adds priority 24/7 access, quarterly reviews, longevity panels, an executive assessment, and in-home visits. The Private extends all Signature benefits to cover full family care, travel medicine, specialist network access, and hospital coordination. The Signature is the most selected tier.

DoctorNYC caps its membership at fewer than 75 members per physician. Dr. Golberg maintains that limit so every member receives thorough, unhurried care and direct access without competing with a large patient panel.

Yes. DoctorNYC makes same-day house calls throughout Manhattan, including hotel suite visits arranged discreetly by the guest or by a hotel concierge. Each visit includes a full examination, rapid bedside testing, treatment, and prescriptions sent directly to a pharmacy. House calls are available to both members and non-members. For non-members, the practice quotes the visit fee before dispatching a physician.

Yes. Members reach Dr. Golberg directly, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. DoctorNYC does not route after-hours calls to an answering service. You speak with your physician.

No. DoctorNYC dispatches house calls to non-members, hotel guests, and visitors on a per-visit basis. The practice quotes the visit fee before sending a physician. To request a visit, you can call or email the house call operator directly.

Each house call includes a full physical examination, rapid bedside diagnostic testing for conditions such as COVID-19, influenza, and strep, blood draws, EKG if needed, IV fluids, on-the-spot treatment, and prescriptions sent to your pharmacy. Dr. Golberg also provides documentation for travel insurance and fitness-to-fly clearance. An entire travelling party can be seen in a single visit.

DoctorNYC coordinates specialist referrals across NewYork-Presbyterian, Mount Sinai, NYU Langone, Lenox Hill, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and Weill Cornell. Specialist coordination is included in The Private tier and available to members across tiers as needed.

Standard appointments run 60 minutes. The practice schedules same-day visits and maintains no waiting room, so members see Dr. Golberg without delay.
