Divergent Direct Primary Care offers two membership tiers. The Standard Membership runs $75 per month with a $75 enrollment fee. The Telemedicine Membership runs $50 per month with a $35 enrollment fee. Both tiers include access to primary care services with no copays and no surprise bills.

The Standard Membership includes in-person care, telemedicine, and chronic care management. Members also gain access to discounted medications, labs, and imaging. There are no insurance billings and no copays under this model.

Divergent Direct Primary Care does not bill health insurance for membership-based patients. The practice contracts directly with patients for primary care services. The practice recommends that members carry insurance for specialty care, hospitalizations, and emergencies.

Yes. The practice's electronic medical record system gives members 24/7 access to their health chart through a patient portal. Patients own their records and can download them at no charge.

Dr. Tonwe can often manage illnesses remotely through phone, secure text, email, or video. If a prescription is necessary, she can send it to a pharmacy near your location. Knowing patients well makes this kind of remote care more effective.
