Adult memberships for patients 20 and older cost $100 per month. Children ages 0-19 pay $35 per month when a parent enrolls, or $100 per month without parent enrollment. The Advanced Women's Care membership covering NaProTechnology services costs $125 per month. All new households pay a one-time enrollment fee of $100.

Membership covers all in-office services with no co-pays. This includes sick and wellness visits, chronic disease management, specialist care coordination, hospital discharge follow-up, school and sports physicals, and in-office labs such as strep, flu, urinalysis, and blood glucose. After-hours access to Dr. Zackrisson for urgent concerns is also included.

Yes. R. 1, members can use HSA and FSA funds to pay for their Dignitas Health membership. This change expanded the eligibility of DPC memberships under IRS rules.

Dignitas Health recommends pairing your membership with a high-deductible health plan or a healthcare sharing ministry such as Samaritan, Medishare, or Liberty Direct. The membership covers primary care, but insurance or a sharing plan protects against higher-cost events like hospitalizations or surgery.

Dignitas Health cannot currently accept Medicare patients due to Medicare's restrictive rules. The practice welcomes Medicare patients onto a waiting list and will notify them when the situation changes. The practice does not bill insurance for any patients and does not collect co-pays.

Yes. Members can reach Dr. Zackrisson by phone, text, email, or video chat. This access comes with membership and carries no added co-pay. The practice also offers same-day and next-day in-office appointments.

The practice does not administer routine immunizations in the office. However, the team helps patients arrange immunizations through appropriate outside providers. All other preventive and sick care needs for children fall within the standard membership.

NaProTechnology is a restorative approach to women's health that uses Creighton Model charting as a diagnostic tool. Dr. Zackrisson uses it to evaluate and treat infertility, miscarriage, PCOS, PMS, hormonal abnormalities, and other cycle-related concerns. The Advanced Women's Care membership at $125 per month covers these services. Women who want to understand and address root causes of their health concerns benefit most from this approach.
