Membership at Delta Health and Wellness costs $150 per person, per month, plus a one-time enrollment fee of $100. You can choose annual, semi-annual, or monthly billing. Billing begins on the day of your first visit with Dr. Kuhfahl. If you cancel or let payments lapse, re-registration costs $375.

Your membership covers preventive care, chronic disease management, sick visits, healthy lifestyle coaching, and direct communication with Dr. Kuhfahl. It also includes in-office testing such as EKGs, urinalysis, glucose testing, rapid strep, COVID and flu testing, urine pregnancy testing, and stool occult blood testing. Cryotherapy is included as well. Dr. Kuhfahl can also perform procedures including suturing of simple lacerations, incision and drainage of abscesses, skin lesion removal, and joint aspiration and injection.

Yes. Delta Health and Wellness offers a Members-Only Executive Physical Laboratory Panel for $225. It covers advanced cardiovascular risk assessment, insulin resistance markers, electrolytes, vitamin and nutrient levels, blood counts, urine studies, and thyroid, kidney, and liver function testing. This panel is optional and available at a discounted rate for members only.

Yes. Dr. Kuhfahl gives every patient her cell phone number for urgent after-hours needs. She maintains in-person office hours Monday through Thursday and offers telehealth-only visits on Fridays. Members receive 24/7 access to her for situations that cannot wait until the next business day.

No. Delta Health and Wellness operates as an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly. Most non-HMO insurance plans still cover labs, imaging, and specialist referrals that Dr. Kuhfahl orders. The practice works particularly well alongside high-deductible health plans paired with a health savings account.

Yes. Medicare patients need to sign a waiver stating that neither the patient nor the practice will bill Medicare directly for membership services. Medicare still covers laboratory testing, imaging, prescription medications, specialty care, and hospitalizations that Dr. Kuhfahl orders.

Yes. Members who travel can reach Dr. Kuhfahl through secure telehealth visits. When needed, she can order prescriptions to a pharmacy near your location. Fridays are telehealth-only for all patients, regardless of travel.

Dr. Kuhfahl does not prescribe sleeping medications such as Ambien, Lunesta, or Sonata. She does not prescribe benzodiazepines like Xanax, Ativan, or Klonopin for sleep or anxiety, and she does not prescribe opiates or narcotics for chronic pain. She takes a holistic approach to insomnia, anxiety, and pain management. The in-office pharmacy also does not stock any controlled substances. Patients currently taking these medications would need another provider to continue or taper those prescriptions.

Delta Health and Wellness currently accepts new patients through a waiting list. com to join the list. Dr. Kuhfahl will arrange a complimentary meet-and-greet when her schedule opens. The current wait time for new patient appointments runs several weeks.

Your first appointment is a thorough two-hour initial history and physical examination with Dr. Kuhfahl. That time lets her build a complete picture of your health history, current concerns, and long-term goals. Same-day and next-day sick visits are also available to members after enrollment.
