Yes. Every Defiant member receives their physician's personal cell phone number and email address. Members can text or email their doctor directly for questions, follow-ups, and non-urgent concerns.

Yes. Defiant Direct Primary Care offers same-day and next-day care for acute needs. The practice maintains a limited membership panel across its three physicians to keep this level of access available.

Yes. Defiant Direct Primary Care offers telemedicine visits. The practice also uses a handheld microscope for dermatology teleconsults, extending remote care to skin-related concerns.

Every Defiant member receives access to a Personal Care Navigator as part of their membership. The Care Navigator handles care coordination tasks, including specialist referrals, outside services, and logistics. The team has hand-delivered neurology orders, personally visited specialist offices, compared imaging costs across facilities, and communicated daily with hospitals during inpatient stays.

Defiant provides family medicine, acute and chronic care, preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine, and longevity-focused care. The practice also offers advanced cholesterol analysis including ApoB, menopausal hormonal therapy, weight loss treatment, Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy, in-house blood draws at its Wellness Lab, and advanced diagnostics counseling.
