About
At David Drew Longevity in Chevy Chase, MD, three physicians run one of the longest-running longevity programs in the United States., founded the practice in 1997. He built it around a single question: does rigorous health surveillance of apparently healthy adults improve longevity? Over 25 years, the answer proved clear. The LOOKtoLIVE program now draws on more than 20,000 patient-years of data. Participants who start before age 50 gain at least 6 productive years of life on average. The program goes well beyond standard health assessments. Each Look incorporates comprehensive blood testing, liquid biopsies, genetic screening, cardiovascular imaging, and body composition analysis. The team screens for more than a dozen cancer types and maps the full arterial system for plaque and structural risk. Dr. Kelvin Hao serves as Clinical Director, leading the technology integration that makes each session seamless. Dr. Gina Standard directs Longevity Programs with a focus on lifestyle medicine and clinical innovation. Participants do not need to live in the Washington, DC area to join. The practice also offers optional 24/7 concierge internal medicine care for DC-area members.
