Prospective families start by attending a virtual Group Q&A session with Dr. Adame. She offers separate sessions for General Pediatrics Concierge Services and the PANS/PANDAS Clinic. Culver Academies students may enroll directly without attending a group session. The practice currently books first appointments approximately four weeks after enrollment.

The practice does not bill insurance for its membership services. Patients pay a monthly membership fee directly to the practice. Families with insurance can still use their coverage for outside services such as send-out labs, imaging, specialist consultations, and pharmacy prescriptions.
