New patients pay a flat fee of $699, which covers the initial visit and a follow-up visit within one month. After that, patients choose between two membership levels. The Annual membership runs $350 per visit plus a one-time $50 registration fee. The Level 1 membership costs $120 per month, $600 for six months, or $1,125 per year and covers all visits.

Cuevas Center does not participate with any insurance plans and operates as an out-of-network provider. For most membership levels, the practice provides super bills that patients can submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement. Medicare patients and Level 1 members cannot submit super bills for reimbursement.

Cuevas Center typically schedules new patients within a couple of weeks. That turnaround reflects the practice's intentionally small patient census, which Dr. Cuevas keeps limited to allow direct, timely access.

Yes. Dr. Cuevas conducts TeleVisits by video or phone through the eVisit platform. Telehealth visits are only available to Tennessee residents. Pricing scales by visit length, from $25 for visits up to five minutes to $200 for visits up to 60 minutes.

Cuevas Center offers after-hours and weekend visits for urgent issues. These visits cost $250. Dr. Cuevas designed this option for patients who need their doctor outside of regular business hours or who have difficult work schedules.

The practice focuses on rheumatologic conditions, including fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, pseudogout, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, dermatomyositis, vasculitis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and scleroderma. Dr. Cuevas also evaluates patients for possible autoimmune disease.

Members enroll in a monthly or annual membership plan and pay that fee on a recurring basis. The Level 1 membership covers all visits at no additional per-visit charge.
