Coral Direct Primary Care

Membership at Coral Direct Primary Care runs $50 per month for patients ages 0 to 17, $100 per month for ages 18 to 64, and $120 per month for patients 65 and older. A one-time enrollment fee applies: $100 for individuals and $200 for families. The enrollment fee covers services through the end of the enrollment month, and monthly billing begins on the first of the following month.

The membership fee covers most primary care services with no copays. This includes annual wellness exams, acute care for illnesses and injuries, chronic disease management, women's health services, many in-office procedures, diagnostic testing, telemedicine visits, and direct communication with Dr. Cress. Care coordination and referral management are also included.

Some services carry additional fees. Home visits within five miles of the office cost $75. Certain medications, outside lab work, imaging, and pathology also involve separate charges. The practice partners with local facilities to offer discounted rates on labs and imaging, and it dispenses many common medications at wholesale prices directly from the office.

Membership does not require health insurance. However, Coral Direct Primary Care recommends that members maintain a high-deductible health plan or health share plan to cover specialty care, hospitalization, and catastrophic events. The membership handles most primary care needs, but it does not replace coverage for services outside that scope.

Prospective patients start with a free, no-obligation meet-and-greet with Dr. Cress. During that visit, you can discuss your health goals and decide whether the practice is the right fit. If you choose to join, you complete a membership agreement, pay the enrollment fee, and schedule your first comprehensive visit.

Coral Direct Primary Care asks for a three-month initial commitment. After that period, membership continues month-to-month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
