Concierge Pediatric Medicine

Concierge Pediatric Medicine offers three annual membership tiers per child. The Core tier costs $2,500 per year, the Advanced tier costs $3,500 per year, and the Executive tier costs $5,000 per year. Each membership runs for a 12-month term. The practice does not offer refunds for early termination, and membership fees do not constitute insurance coverage.

Membership covers a broad range of pediatric services, including well-child visits, same-day sick visits, after-hours guidance, care coordination, specialist coordination, immunizations, developmental screenings, vision screening, postpartum depression screening, lactation consultation, and school and daycare forms. The specific services available vary by membership tier.

Membership fees do not go through insurance and the fees themselves do not count as insurance coverage. However, the practice will file insurance for reimbursement on your behalf if you have the freedom to choose your own pediatrician. The practice accepts payment by check, cash, or credit card and offers a flexible payment plan.

Yes. Concierge Pediatric Medicine offers same-day sick visits for members. Same-day access is a core part of the membership, allowing families to get timely care without waiting days for an available slot.

Members book appointments through MyChart, which runs on the Epic system through Hurley Medical Center. You can schedule directly through the patient portal at your convenience.
