Members choose an annual or monthly fee structure. That membership covers office visits, an annual physical exam, and 24/7 direct access to Dr. Pinsky by phone or email. A one-time consult fee of $500 also applies. The practice requires a minimum six-month commitment, and members can cancel with 30 days written notice, with fees prorated to the cancellation date.

The practice does not bill insurance. It operates on a direct care model. Patients with out-of-network benefits may submit claims to their own insurance carrier. Health Savings Accounts may cover some fees. Membership fees are not currently tax-deductible.

Yes. Concierge Medicine of the Space Coast accepts Medicare patients, though Dr. Pinsky is a non-participating Medicare provider. The practice does not bill Medicare directly, but Dr. Pinsky can refer members to specialists and imaging facilities that accept Medicare.

The Optimal Wellness Assessment covers advanced diagnostic bloodwork, cardiovascular screening including EKG and stress testing, cancer and preventive screening panels for prostate, breast, colorectal, and lung, metabolic and hormone optimization, and sleep and cognitive health evaluation. Dr. Pinsky delivers a detailed health report with a customized action plan at the conclusion of the assessment.

The practice uses a secure electronic medical records system. Patients access their health information through a Healthcare Information Exchange. The practice also maintains a patient portal through AthenaHealth.
