Concierge Kids

Concierge Kids offers monthly and annual membership plans, with pricing based on your child's age. The standard monthly rate is $175, and the annual plan is $1,890. During a baby's first year, the monthly rate is $275 and the annual rate is $2,970. A one-time $250 registration fee applies, but Concierge Kids waives it for families who choose the annual plan.

Concierge Kids does not bill insurance for membership services. Families pay Dr. Zia directly through their membership. You can still use your insurance for labs, prescriptions, imaging, or specialist referrals outside the practice.

Members receive same- or next-day appointments, direct access to Dr. Zia by phone, text, or email, telehealth visits, well-child exams, developmental screenings, vaccinations, sick visits, in-office rapid testing, chronic disease management, and coordination of care with specialists. Newborn members also receive in-home visits during the first month of life.

Concierge Kids serves patients from newborn through 18 years old. Dr. Zia provides continuous care across every stage of childhood and adolescence.

Yes. Concierge Kids includes in-home newborn visits for newborn members and families enrolled in the Fourth Trimester package. Families who cannot come to the clinic can schedule additional home visits for $150 each.

Yes. Concierge Kids enrolls siblings and applies a 10% discount for each additional child from the same household. Families with multiple children receive that discount on each additional enrollment.

Members contact Dr. Zia directly by phone, text, or email. There are no phone trees or after-hours answering services standing between families and their doctor.

Yes. Dr. Zia offers telehealth visits for situations that do not require an in-person exam. When a physical evaluation is necessary, she schedules a same- or next-day in-office appointment.

The practice performs rapid in-office testing for bilirubin, strep, COVID, flu, RSV, UTI, mono (EBV), pregnancy, hemoglobin, glucose, and hemoccult. These tests allow Dr. Zia to evaluate and treat many common conditions without sending families elsewhere.

Yes. Concierge Kids provides in-home newborn visits, lactation support from a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, postpartum depression screening, and maternal mental health guidance. Dr. Zia also offers NICU follow-up care to help families transition home after a hospital stay.
