The Concierge In Office membership includes monthly in-office or telemedicine visits, provider phone access, a concierge care coordinator, and hospital follow-up at Jupiter Medical Center. The Executive House Calls membership includes monthly home visits, provider phone access, a care coordinator, an annual physical, an annual flu shot, monthly COVID-19 testing, and hospital follow-up at Jupiter Medical Center. Members can also add a Women's Health upgrade for dedicated gynecologic care through Dr. Susan Poncy.

Appointments run between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the visit. The practice schedules unhurried time with each patient. Same-day and next-day appointments are available to all members.

Yes. Members receive 24/7 direct cell phone access to Dr. Boss. After-hours contact is available through his personal cell phone or a dedicated concierge line. This direct access is included in both membership tiers.

Yes. The practice offers telemedicine virtual visits for members. Telehealth appointments count toward the monthly visit included in the Concierge In Office membership. Members can request virtual visits alongside in-office and house call options.

The practice serves several senior living communities in Northern Palm Beach County, including The Waterford in Juno Beach, Tequesta Terrace, Mangrove Bay CCRC, and St. Joseph's Assisted Living.

The practice coordinates care with specialists across cardiology, endocrinology, pulmonology, oncology, and nephrology. Dr. Boss maintains established relationships with these specialists and manages the referral process directly. He also coordinates with skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and Medicare-certified home health agencies when needed.

Yes. Dr. Boss personally rounds on members admitted to Jupiter Medical Center. Both membership tiers include hospital follow-up at Jupiter Medical Center as part of the standard services.
