Silver members receive 24/7 access to Dr. Gokula via email, text, or the patient portal. The tier includes same-day appointments, 30-minute visits, a complimentary 60-minute Lifestyle Medicine Visit, a yearly body composition analysis, and a complimentary 20-minute treatment with the Sculpt Flex ID machine.

Platinum members receive everything in the Silver and Gold tiers plus remote patient monitoring with Bluetooth devices. Dr. Gokula also conducts home visits for Platinum members as needed. This tier provides the most comprehensive level of access and monitoring.

The practice accepts insurance for office visit billing, and applicable copays apply. The annual membership fee is separate and insurance does not cover it. The practice works with multiple insurers including Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Cigna, and Medical Mutual.
