The practice guarantees same-day sick visits Monday through Friday, with weekend availability when scheduling allows. Members also receive a 2-3 hour executive annual exam, expedited paperwork and referrals, and daily personal hospital visits from Dr. Cohen if inpatient care becomes necessary.

The Silver Plan is a standalone annual comprehensive exam that typically runs 2-3 hours. It covers extensive lab work, a detailed physical examination, cardio-pulmonary evaluation, nutritional and lifestyle analysis, fitness assessment, and off-site imaging services such as digital mammography, DEXA bone density, and carotid ultrasound. Dr. Cohen follows up with a scheduled phone call to review all results and outline a personal wellness plan.

Yes. The concierge membership covers services Dr. Cohen provides directly. Patients still need active health insurance for other medical expenses, specialist care, and certain imaging services included in the Silver Plan.

Concierge Care accepts check, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for enrollment fees. The practice also accepts FSA, HSA, and HRA payments, though patients should confirm eligibility with their individual plan before enrolling.

To enroll, patients submit a signed concierge patient agreement, available through the practice office. The office sends a welcome packet containing the payment form and a countersigned agreement once enrollment opens.

Dr. Cohen coordinates care from the moment a Gold Plan member arrives in the emergency room through the full hospital stay. She visits daily at Northwell Hospital Manhasset, Long Island Jewish Hospital, or St. Francis Hospital. She works only with specialists she knows personally and ensures no on-call doctor manages your case without her involvement.

Yes. The Silver Plan includes off-site imaging such as digital mammography, DEXA bone density scanning, and carotid ultrasound and echocardiogram depending on insurance coverage. Dr. Cohen reviews all imaging results with patients during a follow-up consultation call.
