The standard annual membership fee is $2,500. The Senior Living in-home program at Brighton Gardens and Fox Hill carries an annual fee of $3,000. The membership fee does not cover the cost of an annual physical or individual visits. Complete Concierge Care bills medical care separately and submits those claims to your insurance, including Medicare.

Yes. Membership works alongside your existing health insurance, not in place of it. Complete Concierge Care submits medical claims to insurance on your behalf, and all physicians participate with Medicare as in-network providers. The annual membership fee itself is separate and does not go through insurance.

New patients start by filling out the Patient Enrollment Form on the practice website. The team responds within one business day. Most new patients then schedule a complimentary meet-and-greet with their physician before signing a membership agreement. Current or prior patients of Dr. Allison Hockman and Dr. Ana Paunovic can skip the meet-and-greet and complete only the enrollment paperwork. New patient physicals run 90 minutes. Complete Concierge Care guarantees same-day or next-day appointments for members. Each physician schedules an average of four to six appointments per day, which keeps visit time thorough and unhurried.

Yes. Members get direct 24/7 access to their physician by email and cell phone. When you call the office, phones connect directly to staff rather than an automated system.

Yes, the practice offers both telemedicine visits and house calls. For seniors, the practice's Senior Living Concierge Care program takes this further: Dr. Christopher Duke makes weekly on-site visits to residents of Brighton Gardens and Fox Hill, with additional in-home visits available as needed.

Complete Concierge Care performs a wide range of services on-site, including vaccines, immunizations, injections, EKGs, all lab work, and viral testing. The team also coordinates specialist referrals and manages care across specialties.

Yes. Dr. Brad Moore leads a specialized Lifestyle Medicine and Longevity Care program at the Sibley location. The program addresses root causes of chronic disease through nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and social connection. It targets conditions such as cardiovascular disease, metabolic dysfunction, diabetes, obesity, and hypertension.

Complete Concierge Care operates two locations. The original office sits on the Sibley Memorial Hospital campus at 5215 Loughboro Road NW, Washington, DC 20016, in Suites 310 and 460. The second office opened in early 2026 at 10215 Fernwood Road, Suite 404, in the Camalier Building in Bethesda, MD.
