Compass Direct Care charges $150 per month for an individual membership. A one-time $99 enrollment fee applies when you sign up. The monthly fee covers primary care services, procedures, diagnostic testing, care coordination, and comprehensive case management.

Compass Direct Care does not bill insurance for membership services. Patients pay the monthly fee directly to the practice. Dr. Duffy has negotiated cash-price discounts on lab work and imaging through outside vendors, so members often access those services at significantly lower cost without waiting for insurance approval.

Yes. Compass Direct Care offers same-day and next-day scheduling for acute concerns. Members also reach Dr. Duffy directly by phone, text, or email for questions that do not require an in-person visit.

Yes. Dr. Duffy offers telemedicine visits for members. Patients can choose between in-office and virtual appointments depending on their needs.

The membership covers annual physicals, acute care for illness and injuries, cancer screenings, chronic disease management, weight management and counseling, smoking cessation, hormone replacement therapy, referrals and care coordination, and preventive care. In-office diagnostic testing and procedures are also included, covering items like EKGs, in-office labs, urinalysis, skin biopsies, joint injections, suturing, and more.

Compass Direct Care invites prospective patients to schedule a complimentary, no-obligation meet-and-greet. During that 30-minute visit, you and Dr. Duffy discuss your health goals and determine whether the practice is a good fit. The practice currently accepts new patients.

Compass Direct Care accepts patients ages 15 and older. Membership plans include individual and couple options, as well as a small business plan available by inquiry.

Compass Direct Care arranges coverage for patients when Dr. Duffy is away for vacation, medical conferences, or emergencies. Patients will have access to care during any planned or unplanned absence.
