Coastal Women's Medical charges $150 per month for membership, billed monthly with a minimum three-month commitment. Initial visit fees vary by program: concierge primary care starts at $750, hormone membership at $750, hormone and metabolic at $850, and the GLP-1 weight program at $400. The practice accepts HSA and FSA funds toward these costs.

Coastal Women's Medical does not submit visit claims to insurance companies. The practice operates out of network for commercial insurance and provides a superbill so patients can seek reimbursement on their own. Reimbursement depends on individual coverage and is not guaranteed. The practice does use insurance for lab work, mammograms, ultrasounds, and Pap smears.

The concierge membership covers unlimited visits, an annual physical and gynecological exam, same-day urgent appointments, direct phone and text access to Dr. Yehl, hormone optimization and management, specialist referral coordination, a 21-test annual executive health assessment, quarterly InBody body composition scans, and a TruAge biological age test at enrollment. Dr. Yehl reviews your wearable data, labs, and health trends on a continuous basis.
