For families who want to seek reimbursement, the practice provides super bills to submit to your insurance company toward your out-of-network deductible. Yes. Chicago Concierge Pediatrics encourages teenagers to hold their own accounts with the practice. This gives teens direct access to the care team to ask questions and engage with their own health. The practice sets this up only with parental permission, and parents maintain their own accounts as well.

Dr. Weems holds privileges at Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women's Hospital, Northshore's Evanston Hospital, and Advocate Hospitals. If your child delivers or is admitted at one of those hospitals, Dr. Weems visits every day they remain in-patient. She also stays in close communication with specialists and hospitalists across the greater Chicagoland area.

Families can join before their baby arrives. After an initial consultation, Dr. Weems puts together a personalized plan of prenatal prep classes to help parents prepare. All classes take place in your home and adjust to fit your family's specific needs and preferences.

Yes. Members connect with the care team via video call through the HIPAA-compliant app at any hour. Video visits are one of several ways to reach the team alongside texting and phone calls.
