About

At Centered Youth Clinic and Consulting (CYCC), Dr. Chinwe Efuribe delivers holistic, trauma-informed primary care for patients from newborns through age 25. She founded the Hutto, Texas practice in 2021 with a clear goal: build a health space where young people feel genuinely seen and supported. Her guiding belief is that healing happens within and beyond the exam room. CYCC pairs clinical care with community-rooted programming that goes well beyond routine visits. Dr. Efuribe runs Centered Youth Groups covering moods, nutrition, fitness, finance, and time management. She also develops partnerships with youth-serving organizations to address social determinants of health like nutrition and finances. The clinical scope is wide, spanning well-visits, ADHD and mood management, sexual and reproductive health, acne treatment, menstrual concerns, newborn care, and minor in-office procedures. CYCC accepts insured, underinsured, and uninsured patients, and offers both low monthly memberships and fee-for-service options.
