The exam requires a 14-hour fast beforehand. It includes blood draw for laboratory analysis, vision testing, hearing testing, pulmonary function testing, and cardiac function testing. Dr. Moore then conducts a thorough personal interview covering health history, family history, medications, supplements, and health goals. Members receive a summary report mailed to their home after the visit.
