About
At Center for Executive Medicine, three physicians deliver concierge primary care modeled after the standard set at the highest levels of government. Dr. Eleanor C. Mariano, known widely as 'The White House Doctor,' founded the Scottsdale practice after serving as Physician to the President for President William J. Clinton from 1994 to 2001. Her vision: bring that same caliber of care to executives, families, and individuals across every life stage.
Dr. Nagma Lott brings over 30 years of family medicine and fellowship-trained geriatric expertise to the team. Dr. Tricia Molina adds board-certified family medicine with deep clinical focus on women's health, diabetes, and preventive care. The practice serves adults, young adults, college students, and youth ages 6 to 17. Members receive an Annual Executive Health physical, scheduled office visits, and full care coordination through the CEM admin team, which handles labs, radiology, and specialist referrals. CEM maintains a strong referral connection to Mayo Clinic and offers virtual visits for patients anywhere in the world. The practice does not accept Medicare or commercial insurance and operates as an out-of-network provider.
