About

At Carolina Concierge Care, two physicians bring deep roots in South Carolina and a proactive approach to primary care. Dr. Mayes DuBose, a Sumter County native, opened his private practice in 2005 and converted it to the area's first concierge model in 2019. Dr. Trenton Shook joined after four years of military service at Shaw AFB and brought a commitment to long-term patient relationships with him.

The practice covers family medicine, geriatric medicine, and a broad range of wellness services. Clinical offerings include medical weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide, Biote bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, Galleri multi-cancer early detection testing, and IV therapy. Aesthetic treatments such as Emsculpt NEO, Emface, Emface Eyes, and Emsella pelvic floor therapy are open to all patients regardless of membership. Both male physicians and female nurse practitioners serve the team, giving patients a genuine choice of provider for sensitive health needs.
