Canopy Pediatrics offers two membership plans. The Thrive and Grow plan starts at $97 per month for children five years and older. The Ready, Nest, Grow newborn plan starts at $197 per month and includes comprehensive care from the prenatal stage through early infancy. A registration fee applies for the first month. The practice charges no copays at any visit.

Membership covers all necessary visits, phone calls, text communications, and common in-house tests including strep, flu, and RSV rapid tests. The practice never charges a copay. The Ready, Nest, Grow plan also includes a prenatal readiness visit, two home visits, a postnatal assessment, a labor and delivery advice line, vaccine planning, developmental assessments, and infant sleep planning.

Yes. Members can reach Dr. Homan by phone, text, or call during days, evenings, and weekends. The Ready, Nest, Grow newborn plan includes a dedicated labor and delivery advice line for families in the early postpartum period.

Canopy Pediatrics does not participate in any insurance plans. Twice annually, upon request, the practice generates a billing receipt that families can submit to their insurer for covered services such as well-child visits and sick visits. Membership fees are paid directly to the practice each month.

Appointments at Canopy Pediatrics typically run 60 minutes, with visits ranging from 30 minutes to two hours depending on the child's needs. The practice also offers same-day, evening, and weekend appointments for members.

Yes. Dr. Homan offers telemedicine visits for members. Telehealth appointments give families a convenient option for concerns that do not require an in-person exam.

Dr. Homan handles a wide range of urgent needs directly in the office. He provides IV fluids, sutures lacerations, and manages simple fractures on-site. Rapid in-office tests cover strep, flu, RSV, mono, and anemia screening. Non-urgent lab work goes through Quest or Labcorp.

It covers prenatal readiness visits, two complimentary home visits, postnatal assessments, breastfeeding support, tongue-tie evaluation and clipping, vaccine planning, developmental screening, and infant sleep planning.
