Calabasas Concierge MD offers two membership plans. The Individual Plan costs $249 per month and includes 24/7 direct access to Dr. Hakman by call, text, or video, same-day house calls, in-home labs and imaging, and emergency procedures. The Family Plan costs $599 per month and extends all of those benefits to every household member, plus immediate pediatric care and handling of school, camp, and sports forms. Both plans require a three-month minimum commitment. Additional fees may apply for certain services.

The practice serves Calabasas area residents exclusively. Dr. Hakman keeps the panel intentionally small by limiting membership to the local community. The practice accepts patients of all ages, from infants through adults.

Members contact Dr. Hakman directly by call, text, or video, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are no phone trees or intermediary staff. Dr. Hakman responds personally to every message.

Yes. House calls are a core part of the practice. Dr. Hakman offers same-day or next-day in-home visits. He brings diagnostic tools and procedural equipment on each visit, so members receive full evaluation and treatment at home.

Dr. Hakman performs a wide range of in-home procedures. These include IV therapy, laceration repair, wound care, splinting, abscess incision and drainage, nerve blocks, and nebulizer breathing treatments. He also conducts in-home urine testing and brings specialized tools for eye exams.
