Byja Clinic charges $70 per month for children 17 and under, $150 per month for adults ages 18 to 64, and $100 per month for seniors 65 and older. New adult members pay a one-time $75 enrollment fee. Families of four or more may qualify for a discount in select instances. Members who want additional administrative support can add Expanded Care Services.

Byja Clinic handles the vast majority of primary care needs through your membership. The practice accepts all insurance but does not use it for DPC services, so insurance changes do not affect your membership. Many members keep a low-cost or catastrophic insurance plan for emergencies, hospitalizations, and surgeries that fall outside the DPC scope.

Byja Clinic offers same-day or next-day appointments with zero wait time. The practice sees four to six patients per day, which keeps each visit unhurried and focused.

Each visit runs 30 to 60 minutes with the doctor. There are no deductibles and no co-pays during those visits. Dr. Jasper spends the full appointment time with you.

Yes. Members receive unlimited telemedicine visits as part of their membership. Dr. Jasper also offers two mobile house calls per quarter for enrolled patients.

Yes. The practice dispenses many commonly prescribed medications directly in the clinic at discount pricing. Labs, blood tests, x-rays, and ultrasounds are available at preferred facilities at rates Dr. Jasper personally negotiates for his patients.

The membership covers clinic and telemedicine visits, annual physical exams, preventive health care, chronic disease management, basic wound care, stitches, steroid shots, and breathing treatments. The practice also provides HIV and Hepatitis C care, care coordination, and after-hours physician access by call or text.

Members contact Dr. Jasper by phone, text, email, or video chat. He responds directly, not through a secretary. This direct access extends beyond office hours for urgent clinical questions.

Yes. Dr. Jasper sees patients as young as two or three years old. The children's membership rate is $70 per month for anyone 17 and under.
