The Functional Medicine Roadmap is a comprehensive strategy for patients ready to pursue a root cause plan. It costs $1,850 plus testing and lab fees. The program includes four additional visits over three to four months. Dr. Zablozki-Amir oversees the plan and collaborates with select health coaches and practitioners throughout the process.

The BRITE BHRT program carries a monthly fee of $250. That fee covers telemedicine consultations, bioidentical hormone prescriptions, shipping, program oversight, and access to the BRITE app for symptom tracking and dosing reminders. The program uses topical and oral bioidentical hormones in an organic patented oil base, sourced from a sterile compounding pharmacy with individualized dosing.
