Non-Medicare patients under 65 pay a flat fee of $30 per visit, with additional fees for vaccinations, immunizations, or EKGs. The Concierge Coordinator can provide the full fee schedule. The practice accepts credit card, cash, or check.

The practice schedules every appointment for 45 minutes. When a visit requires more time, Dr. Reznick extends the appointment as medically necessary. Same-day and next-day appointments are available, and the practice keeps wait times minimal with a no-wait lounge for early arrivals.

Yes. Members receive Dr. Reznick's direct cell phone number and can call him around the clock. m. m.

Yes. Dr. Reznick sees Medicare patients. Their services run through traditional Medicare, with the patient responsible for the standard co-pay and applicable deductible. The annual membership fee covers the concierge access and services beyond what Medicare reimburses.

Yes. Dr. Reznick sees patients in the office, in the hospital, and occasionally at their home when the situation calls for it. He also follows patients in selected rehabilitation and long-term care facilities.

Yes. Dependent children between the ages of 14 and 25 who live at home or visit from college are eligible to join, provided all adult family members in the household have enrolled as members.

The practice performs blood draws, EKGs, and pulmonary function testing directly in the office. This allows Dr. Reznick to order and complete many common diagnostics during or around a scheduled visit, without sending patients elsewhere.

Yes. Dr. Reznick provides personalized referrals, including recommendations for Centers of Excellence and specialists he would use himself. He also coordinates care with labs, imaging centers, and hospitals, and serves as a medical advocate throughout the process.

Yes. The practice provides medical travel assistance, including vaccinations, immunizations, medical record access, and appropriate travel medications. Out-of-town guests of members who experience a medical issue while visiting the area can also receive care.

Yes. The practice occupies a handicap-accessible building with ramps, handicapped parking, and accessible restroom facilities. For patients who have fasted before blood testing, the office also provides healthy snacks, fruit, and beverages.
