Bloom Direct Primary Care charges $125 per month for the initial member. Additional family members join at $75 per month. A one-time enrollment fee of $149 applies per member. Patients who commit to a full year receive one month free. The monthly fee covers all clinic services with no co-pays.

Bloom Direct Primary Care does not bill insurance for membership or clinic visits. You can still use your insurance for labs, imaging, prescriptions, and specialist care. The practice recommends maintaining some insurance coverage for hospitalizations, emergencies, and surgeries.

Membership covers annual physicals, sick visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, age-appropriate screenings, prescription review and refills, comprehensive weight management, vaccine counseling, lifestyle medicine counseling, nutrition and fitness counseling, and care coordination with specialists. The practice also provides access to discounted cash-pay rates for labs and imaging.

Bloom Direct Primary Care negotiates discounted cash-pay prices for labs and imaging. These rates are often lower than insurance-billed costs. Members who prefer to use their insurance for labs and imaging may do so.

Yes. Bloom Direct Primary Care accepts HSA payments for membership fees. Check with your accountant or employer to confirm whether your HSA plan covers this expense.

Start by scheduling a complimentary virtual meet-and-greet with Dr. Joshi to see if the practice is the right fit. From there, you complete enrollment online, fill out intake forms, and Dr. Joshi reviews your medical records before your first in-person appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted; all visits require a scheduled appointment.
