Yes. Members have 24/7 direct access to Dr. Bhakta. This includes urgent questions, guidance on symptoms, and coordination of care outside of standard office hours.

Yes. House calls are a core part of the practice and have been since 2002. Dr. Bhakta makes house calls across San Luis Obispo County with little to no advance notice required. Service areas include Arroyo Grande, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, Pismo Beach, Paso Robles, Atascadero, Nipomo, and surrounding communities.

Members receive same or next-day appointments. Appointments run as long as the visit requires, and Dr. Bhakta does not double-book or limit visit length by the clock.
