Your monthly fee covers physical exams, in-office lab testing, EKG and cardiac stress testing, laboratory services, nebulizer treatments, allergy shots, minor skin procedures, joint injections, testosterone therapy, weight loss treatment, telemedicine, and referrals. Vaccine administration is included, but the cost of vaccines is billed separately at the physician's cost.
Betterdoc plans do not cover hospital care, emergency room care, urgent care clinic visits, surgical care, OB/Gyn care, cosmetic services, radiology services, or care from other physicians or clinics. Vaccine costs are not included in plan pricing.
Betterdoc accepts patients age 13 and older. Both the Concierge Plan and the Direct Primary Care Plan use the same minimum age requirement.
Members reach Dr. Bonds directly by phone, text, or email at any time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The practice does not route member communications through staff or an answering service.
