That includes a comprehensive annual exam, physician and telehealth visits, nurse visits, in-office blood draws, EKG, body composition analysis, vaccine administration, intramuscular injections, individualized prevention planning, and specialist referral coordination. Members also receive direct physician access by phone, text, or secure portal.

Bespoke Health and Wellness offers two age-based tiers. WELL JUNIOR covers patients ages 18 to 49 and includes one comprehensive annual exam and three physician or telehealth visits. WELL SIGNATURE covers patients ages 50 and older and includes one comprehensive annual exam and five physician or telehealth visits. Both tiers carry the same all-inclusive service scope. Yes. Bespoke Health and Wellness offers same-day and next-day appointments for members. The practice intentionally limits its patient panel to make that level of access possible. Visits run a full 60 minutes, so appointments never feel rushed.

Bespoke Health and Wellness does not bill insurance for its services, and the practice has fully opted out of Medicare. Members should keep their health insurance to cover outside expenses such as labs, specialist visits, radiology, and hospitalizations. The membership fee covers everything the practice provides in-house, with no copays or surprise charges.

The IRS does not explicitly list direct primary care membership fees as qualified medical expenses for HSA or FSA reimbursement. Some patients choose to use these funds anyway. The practice recommends checking with your HSA or FSA administrator or a tax advisor before doing so.
