Atlas Internal Medicine charges an annual membership fee that covers non-clinical concierge services such as enhanced communication, after-hours access, and care coordination. The practice bills your insurance separately for medical visits and procedures. You remain responsible for any applicable copays. The annual fee does not cover clinical or medical services.

Routine visits at Atlas Internal Medicine run 30 to 45 minutes. Comprehensive annual health assessments take approximately 60 minutes. The practice intentionally limits its panel size so physicians have adequate time with each patient, and little to no waiting room time is the norm.

Yes. Both physicians at Atlas Internal Medicine provide patients with their personal cell phone numbers for urgent after-hours communication. The practice aims to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When one physician is unavailable, the other covers, or a trusted colleague steps in.

Yes. The practice offers same-day appointments for urgent needs. Keeping the panel size small allows both physicians to accommodate patients quickly without long waits.

Yes. Atlas Internal Medicine bills your insurance for medical visits and procedures as it would in any physician practice. The annual membership fee covers non-clinical concierge services and does not replace insurance. You remain responsible for any copays or cost-sharing your plan requires.
