A second-generation healthcare provider, Dr. Green brings over 35 years of internal medicine experience to his Alton, Illinois practice. He designed the program to give patients unhurried, thorough care at every visit.

Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes, and Dr. Green sees patients same day or next day, in person or via telehealth. Members reach him directly by personal cell or email, including after hours. The practice handles in-suite lab draws, prescription management, specialist referral coordination, and hospital care coordination.
