Associated Physicians Group

The annual membership fee at Associated Physicians Group is $2,100. Members can pay annually, quarterly at $600 per quarter, or monthly at $220 per month. The fee is not covered by insurance, and APG does not file with insurance for the membership cost.

The membership covers advanced health screenings, non-covered diagnostic tests, in-suite lab draws, prescription management, expedited paperwork, and coordination of specialist referrals and hospital care. It does not cover professional clinical services billable through Medicare or your insurance plan. Those services continue to go through insurance as usual.

Yes. Dr. Green remains in-network for all APG-accepted insurance plans. The practice files with your insurance for routine services and follow-ups. Only the concierge membership fee itself falls outside of insurance coverage.

Yes. Concierge members receive same-day or next-day appointments with Dr. Green. Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes and start on time. Members can schedule in-person visits or telehealth appointments.

Concierge members receive Dr. Green's personal cell phone number and personal email address at enrollment. Dr. Green makes himself accessible 24/7 to members in the program. This direct access is included in the membership.

You can enroll online by selecting a payment plan on the APG website. You can also call the concierge line at (618) 509-4866 to pay by phone or sign up in person at the office with a check. APG recommends scheduling a 15-minute telehealth meet-and-greet with Dr. Green before enrolling.

Yes. APG requires 30 days notice to cancel. If you paid in full or on a quarterly plan, the practice returns a pro-rated amount for the unused portion of your membership.

In most cases, the concierge membership fee does not qualify for FSA or HSA reimbursement. APG recommends checking with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility under your specific plan.

APG accepts a limited number of patients into the Concierge Primary Care program. Dr. Green set this limit to protect the quality and availability of care he provides to each member. Spots fill on a first-come, first-served basis, and the practice is currently accepting new enrollments.
