Apex Medicine offers three membership tiers. The Silver plan runs $350 per month, the Gold plan $750 per month, and the Platinum plan $1,250 per month. All plans require a 12-month term and a one-time $500 initiation fee. Members can use FSA or HSA funds to pay for their membership.

All memberships include 24/7 telephone access to board-certified physicians, telemedicine, routine blood work, strep and flu tests, flu shots, patient advocacy, care navigation, travel medicine, COVID-19 testing and care, expedited access to specialists, and VIP services at leading hospitals. Higher tiers add home visits, unlimited office visits, and an annual executive physical.

Yes. Apex Medicine offers flat-fee services for non-members. An at-home visit costs $600, a telephone or Zoom visit costs $250, and an office visit costs $400. IV fluids run $200, prescription medications $100, and Botox and fillers start at $10 per unit.
