AnthroSonoma Integrative Medicine

AnthroSonoma offers three membership tiers. The Sprout tier, a Direct Primary Care plan that is HSA eligible, starts at $149 per month for one adult. The Leaf Primary Care Membership is $233 per month. The Bloom Concierge Membership, limited to 20 members, is $449 per month. Individual rates also apply: adults 18-65 pay $130 per month, adults 65 and older pay $200 per month, and children under 18 pay $50 per month when joining with an adult. The maximum per-family rate is $300 per month. No copays apply to visits.

All members receive no-copay visits, same-day appointment availability, longer appointments of 75 minutes, and telemedicine access. Members also get functional and routine lab testing at wholesale cost and discounts on supplements through Fullscript. Leaf members gain access to community clinic sessions. Anthroposophic medicines are available as an add-on, priced between $18 and $60 each.

AnthroSonoma does not contract with any insurance provider. The practice provides superbills that patients can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. It accepts HSA and FSA payments as well as Health Sharing Plans. The practice is not a Medicare provider.

New patients start with an initial visit. Dr. Iancu uses that visit to determine which membership tier fits best, based in part on your Medical Symptom and Toxicity Questionnaire score. You can also schedule a free 10-minute discovery call beforehand to ask questions about the practice and determine whether it is a good fit.

Yes. Non-members can schedule a new patient initial consultation for $585. A wellness visit runs $395. Follow-up appointments cost $240 for 30 minutes or $350 for 50 minutes.

Yes. The practice offers a 20 percent sliding scale discount for patients who demonstrate financial need. This discount is available on a limited basis.

Yes. Dr. Iancu offers telemedicine visits for both members and non-members. Existing patients access appointments and communications through the Optimantra patient portal.

The Bloom Concierge Membership is AnthroSonoma's most intensive tier. Dr. Iancu limits Bloom enrollment to 20 members at any given time. At $449 per month, it provides the highest level of personal access and care. Membership tier placement reflects your health complexity as measured by the Medical Symptom and Toxicity Questionnaire.

AnthroSonoma Integrative Medicine sits at 632 Petaluma Ave in Sebastopol, California, directly across from Sonoma Specialty Hospital. Free street parking is available. Patients from across Sonoma County, including Santa Rosa and Windsor, visit the practice.

Yes. The practice hosts an annual Wellness Day featuring Anthroposophic nursing therapies, Therapeutic Eurythmy, and creative wellness sessions. Dr. Iancu also facilitates webinars and educational events on topics including sleep, seasonal health, and integrative medicine. New patients and interested community members are welcome to explore these offerings.
