MDVIP is a national network of membership-based primary care practices. GR Internal Medicine operates as an MDVIP-affiliated practice. Members receive access to comprehensive wellness programs and a physician with a smaller patient panel.

You can join through the MDVIP network by contacting the practice directly or visiting the MDVIP website. New members complete an enrollment process before scheduling their first appointment.

MDVIP-affiliated practices charge an annual membership fee separate from insurance. Members still use their insurance for specialist referrals, lab work, and hospital care. The membership fee covers direct physician access and the MDVIP wellness program.

The MDVIP wellness program includes a comprehensive annual health assessment with advanced screenings. Members also receive a personalized wellness plan based on their results. The program focuses on early detection and preventive care.

MDVIP members receive direct access to their physician, including contact outside of regular office hours. This allows members to address urgent concerns without waiting for a scheduled visit.
