About

At Allure Wellness Center, three physicians deliver broad-scope primary care through a flat-fee Direct Primary Care membership. Dr. Bachar Malek founded the practice, which has served the Evansville community for over a decade. The practice operates under Indiana Exceptional Medical Care, LLC, and runs three locations: two in Evansville and one in Princeton, Indiana.

The clinical range here runs deeper than most primary care practices. Dr. Malek holds the distinction of being Evansville's only board-certified addiction medicine physician. Dr. Ryan Duffey serves as Medical Director, bringing nearly three decades of internal medicine experience. Dr. Dennis Jilka rounds out the physician team with a background in internal medicine and exercise physiology. Together with a large team of nurse practitioners, the practice covers primary care, mental health and psychiatry, women's health, pediatrics, senior care, dermatology, HIV care, transgender health, occupational medicine, and weight management. The practice also operates a certified SPRAVATO REMS Treatment Center for treatment-resistant depression and maintains an in-office dispensary for established patients.
