About
At AFP Health, three physicians share over three decades of experience serving families across the Conejo Valley. Dr. Bader Iqbal converted a small urgent care into a family practice in 1992. The practice has grown steadily, moving to its current Thousand Oaks location in 1999. Family values sit at the core of how AFP Health operates. Many patients bring multiple generations of their family to the practice. Most staff members have worked there for over a decade.
Dr. Bader Iqbal leads with a focus on family medicine and preventive care. Dr. Zoya Furman brings 15-plus years of internal medicine experience to the team. Dr. Aamir Iqbal joined his father and expanded the practice into telemedicine and remote health monitoring. AFP Health offers an impressive range of in-house diagnostics. These include cardiac echo, nuclear stress testing, arterial and venous Doppler ultrasound, thyroid ultrasound, and musculoskeletal ultrasound. The practice also runs a concierge membership program with 24/7 access to Dr. Bader Iqbal.
